This privacy policy covers mseq and nondaw for iPad. The short version: they collect nothing.
mseq
mseq does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no third-party services in the app.
- Scenes you create are saved as files on your iPad, or wherever you choose to save them through the Files app. They are never sent anywhere by mseq.
- MIDI is exchanged with apps and devices you connect yourself, over USB, Bluetooth or a local network session. The network session only advertises mseq on your local network and accepts connections you approve; mseq never searches for other devices.
- Bluetooth is used only to connect to MIDI hardware you pick. The iPad asks for permission before mseq can use it.
- mseq makes no requests to the internet.
nondaw
nondaw does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no third-party services in the app.
- Projects you create are saved as files on your iPad, or wherever you choose to save them through the Files app. They are never sent anywhere by nondaw.
- The microphone is used only by the capture strip, only while you have armed it with the microphone as its source. The iPad asks for permission before nondaw can use it. Recordings stay inside your projects, or wherever you choose to export them.
- Aura effects are Audio Unit plugins already installed on your iPad. nondaw only passes audio through the plugins you pick; plugins from other developers are covered by their own privacy policies.
- nondaw makes no requests to the internet.
