This policy covers the mseq app for iPad. The short version: mseq collects nothing.
mseq
mseq does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no third-party services in the app.
- Scenes you create are saved as files on your iPad, or wherever you choose to save them through the Files app. They are never sent anywhere by mseq.
- MIDI is exchanged with apps and devices you connect yourself, over USB, Bluetooth or a local network session. The network session only advertises mseq on your local network and accepts connections you approve; mseq never searches for other devices.
- Bluetooth is used only to connect to MIDI hardware you pick. The iPad asks for permission before mseq can use it.
- mseq makes no requests to the internet.
Apple provides basic download and crash statistics through App Store Connect. These are aggregated and anonymous, and are controlled by your device's Analytics settings, not by mseq.
