Problems of musical organization range across electronic-acoustic music divide

Per Roads [^1], problems of musical composition and organization are universal, and apply just as well to electronic music as they do to traditional / acoustic music. This is reflected in the general charge of Chapter 1 as well. Electronic music does not give the composer carte blanche in the sense that it automatically solves certain issues in musical organization.
